DBS recently brought its team together for an exciting corporate team-building cooking experience filled with flavour, creativity and plenty of teamwork. Hosted at Kitchen Showdown Singapore, the session gave participants the opportunity to step away from the office and bond through a fun, hands-on culinary challenge.
The team prepared a delicious three-dish menu featuring Mexican Chicken Fajitas, Paella and Molten Lava Cake. From marinating and cooking the chicken to preparing the vibrant fajitas, participants worked together to create a satisfying Mexican-inspired dish. They then tackled Paella, combining rice, ingredients and seasoning to create a hearty Spanish favourite.
To finish the experience on a sweet note, the team prepared Molten Lava Cake, complete with a rich, gooey chocolate centre – the perfect dessert after a busy cooking challenge.
Using halal-friendly ingredients, the experience was designed to be inclusive while encouraging communication, collaboration and friendly competition.
