Warming Up With Mushroom Fajitas
The teams started strong with sizzling mushroom fajitas, full of smoky peppers, tender mushrooms and bold spices. It was the perfect way to get everyone working together at their stations.
The A.I Main Course Challenge
Next came the highlight of the day. Each team used A.I to create their own main dish, working with it to plan flavours, ingredients and plating. Then they had to bring their A.I-designed recipe to life before time ran out. The creativity on every plate showed how well tech and teamwork go together.
A Sweet Local Finish
For dessert, the teams went back to tradition with ondeh ondeh, rolling pandan dough, filling it with gula melaka and coating it in fresh coconut.
