We recently welcomed GA4GH to Kitchen Showdown for a fun and delicious Hawker Challenge, where the team got to experience Singapore’s local food culture through a hands-on cooking competition.
The teams worked together to prepare three familiar Singapore favourites: Carrot Cake, Hokkien Noodles and Orh Nee. From preparing ingredients to cooking under time pressure, everyone had a chance to contribute and put their teamwork and culinary skills to the test.
The Hawker Challenge is more than just cooking. It encourages communication, collaboration and quick thinking while giving teams the opportunity to enjoy the dishes they create together.
It was great to see the GA4GH team working together, sharing plenty of laughs and enjoying the competitive spirit throughout the session.
