The team from Aedes Interiors recently joined us at Kitchen Showdown Singapore for a fun and relaxed Mystery Box Challenge.
For this cooking team building activity, the team worked together to prepare two dishes: Chicken Sliders and Mango Panna Cotta. With the ingredients provided, everyone had to plan their approach, divide up the tasks and work together to get everything ready on time.
The Chicken Sliders got everyone involved in the kitchen, from preparing the chicken to assembling the sliders. Each team had the opportunity to add their own little touch to the dish.
After the savoury course, it was time for dessert. The teams prepared Mango Panna Cotta, paying attention to the texture, flavour and presentation. It was a simple but enjoyable challenge, especially when everyone was waiting to see how their panna cotta would turn out!
What made the session enjoyable was seeing everyone getting involved, helping each other and having a few laughs along the way. It was a nice break from the usual office environment and a chance for the Aedes Interiors team to spend time together in a different setting.
