Abbott Manufacturing spent the day with us at Kitchen Showdown for some good food, teamwork and plenty of fun in the kitchen!
The team took on our Mystery Box Challenge, where they had to come up with their own main dish using a selection of surprise ingredients. No ready-made recipe to follow. Just teamwork, creativity and a bit of thinking on the spot!
They also prepared Au Gratin and everyone’s favourite local treat, Ondeh Ondeh, to complete the meal.
It was great seeing everyone getting involved. Some were busy chopping and prepping, others were at the stove, while a few were making sure everything came together before the final plating. There was definitely some discussion and a fair amount of laughter along the way!
The best part was sitting down together at the end and enjoying the food they had made themselves.
