Hawker food is a unique and cherished aspect of Singapore’s culinary culture, tracing back to our street food heritage. It signifies the diverse culinary traditions passed down through generations, evolving into the vibrant varieties we enjoy today.

Participants will craft a three-course meal inspired by their chosen hawker cuisine. Recipes will be provided, and our chef will deliver a live demonstration to inspire participants before they compete to create the best hawker-inspired dishes and be crowned Kitchen Showdown Hawker Food Challenge Champions!

This challenge is ideal for organizations with a diverse, multinational workforce. Not only will they have a great deal of fun in a lighthearted, competitive setting, but they will also learn to prepare authentic Singapore hawker cuisine that can be replicated in their kitchens, no matter where they are from.
